Holy Cow! How can you run 9 miles like that, without having run that far in months?! Do you take Eli with you? I ran 5.5 yesterday, and I was wiped. And so sore by the end of the day! I'm gradually working my way up, and I hope to run a half marathon by Sept. But, with your inspiration, maybe I could run one sooner!

Your hands look like they have more color on them, but is that a tan or the carrots? nothing wrong with a little color right:)

it's the carrots! my palms are more orange. it really looks like a bad self tanning job!
