diy circle-flower scoop-neck shirt refashion

this was a shirt i've had forever and was looking for a new way to wear it. here's what i did:

cut the neckline a little lower

bought 2 inches of matching silk fabric from joanns

cut a bunch of circles

burned the perimeter to prevent fraying...and because i like the way it looks

pinned the circles on the shirt (i ended up layering 2 circles on one another)

sew!
